The Nachural Group was set up over 25 years ago by entrepreneur Ninder Johal as a record label specialising in dance music. Having achieved global success with 9 no 1’s, a No.5 in the UK charts and a no.7 in the US charts, the label diversified into brand promotion, experiential events and manufacturing high resolution audio.The Group includes a record company which has been producing dance music for the last two decades. The company licences and produces music globally including licensing music to Hollywood (Dictator trailer) and more recently for the pharmaceuticals giant Bayer promoting the Berocca brand of vitamins. This was aired on prime-time television – E4, ITV, BT sports and Channel 4.The Nachural experiential events are curated to celebrate enterprise and wealth creation but within the context of the current political and economic environment. The Nachural brand of events are known for attracting the ‘movers and shakers’ from the political and business communities and offer unrivalled opportunities for networking. Ninder also sits on a number of boards including the Black Country LEP, The West Midlands Combined Authority, Governor of Wolverhampton University, Accord Housing, Vice Chair of Sandwell College, and a board member of the Growth Company which is charged with promoting economic generation including working with the Midlands Engine.
